The price was right and even though this would be a younger woman's purse, I tried
it. Wow, how many compliments I have received! The warm brown/black/charcoal tones
go with anything. The pattern is flashy and adds a little "snap" to whatever I am
wearing.

Please note that this bag is NOT LEATHER, which they have stated in the description (it says vegan leather, I think). It is, however, a very good quality replica of snakeskin imprinted leather. It compares to name brand quality items that sell for upwards of $70 - $90. The shiny patent trim dresses up the bag just enough; it looks really nice. It is GORGEOUS!
I was also pleased that the color of the bag is more like the mocha/tan colors you see in the pics I posted (under customer images) than the yellowish tint which seems to display in the vendor product pics (could be my monitor...). I was happy that at least with mine ; the one in the manufacturer photos, the snake print design seemed planned rather than random, meaning that there is little variation in the design from purse to purse, so the one you get looks as good as the one in the photo.
The purse looks great whether it's holding a little or a lot (in my pics, it's holding a lot!). It's a good size: 16" wide by 10" tall, with a strap drop of 9" - 10". The bottom is 5" x 16", and is a panel of the same shiny patent used as the trim. It's a great bag.
When I received the bag, I knew I had to do something about the long, stiff strands shooting off each side of the purse, because otherwise, it was to die for!
So, I "wove" the long ends that stuck out from the bottom of the purse on each side (about 5" - 6" worth, it looked really obnoxious) up through the laces above. I think it looks much better than the long, stiff ends hanging off. It's easy to do ; stays, they don't slip out. I posted 3 pics under "customer images" of how it looks after doing this.
I get lots of compliments when I use this purse. It goes with so many outfits, from jeans, denim capris, black anything, and brown...it's a neutral so it goes with almost anything!
